When you grab a pair of Marble CHASMs, you’re not just getting awesome shades for the river, you’re joining the Marble crew and supporting a movement to close the loop on fly fishing waste in hopes of a more circular future for the sport. So when you’re with us, we take care of you like one of our own (fish included).
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Simple rule: If you’re not stoked about your marbles, we’re not happy. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your shades.
Conditions for returns:
- Sunglasses must be in original condition with packaging, case, and cloth.
- Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we’ll cover return shipping.
How it works:

Email us at support@marblefishing.com with your order # and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number…and depending on your location a return shipping label.
- Ship your return back to us.
- Once received and assessed, you’ll get two emails: one confirming receipt, another confirming refund/exchange.

Refunds typically process in 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
The Marble 2-Year Warranty
What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
(Examples include: arm snapping unexpectedly (won’t happen), logo falling off (might happen if you take a pick axe to them), frame deciding to warp like a Salvador Dalí painting, etc. ).
If a covered issue happens:
- We’ll repair first (better for the planet).
- If repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace your CHASMs with the same or a comparable style and see to get your old frames and lenses recycled.
This warranty applies only to original purchasers of Marble eyewear, purchased from marblefishing.com or authorized retailers.
What’s Not Covered (“Don’t Lose Your Marbles”)
❌ Scratched lenses (industry-wide rule).
❌ Damage from accidents, neglect, normal wear-and-tear or “innovative testing” (boot stomps, car dashboards, deep fryers).
❌ Pet chew toys (dogs seem to love bio-based materials).
❌ Lost or stolen shades (if the fish gods took them, that’s between you and the river).
❌ Alterations, third-party repairs, or non-Marble lens swaps.

Final Notes
- This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights depending on your province, state, or country.
- Non-transferable: warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Non-eyewear Marble products (like apparel or accesories) follow their own return policy and aren’t covered by this warranty.
